The practice of podiatry , also called Chiropody in the uk is in an exceedingly different situation to Podiatric practice in every other country. In the past there was the registered and unlicensed areas. The licensed sectors typically got a university certification whilst the unregistered group have a short certification like program. The unlicensed group cannot function in the National health service.
